Cheesy Cheese Sticks
A simple yet enjoyable merienda favorite, packed with Eden cheese!
Ingredients:
- 440G, EDEN ORIGINAL, STRIPS
- 30 PIECES, LUMPIA WRAPPER
- 3/4 CUP, COOKING OIL
Method:
Individually wrap each cheese strip with the lumpia wrapper. For thicker cheese sticks, cheese strips should be around 1/2 inch thick.
Put the oil in a pan. Once hot, place the wrapped cheese sticks and deep fry until golden brown.
Place cooked cheese sticks on a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve and enjoy!
