Trendy Zip Mini Drones Product Registration Details

Warranty Registration Details

To activate 90 days warranty coverage, the Product must be registered within 30 days from the day of purchase via amazon.com, amazon.co.uk  or trendy-pro.com official site.  

All TRENDY Zip Mini Drones Products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for one year from the date of the purchase.

Within this period, TRENDY Zip Mini Drones will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components of the Tracker mechanism which fail in normal use.

Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any mailing cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Failures due to abuse or misuse
  2. Accidents or loss of the Product
  3. Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  4. Lost or detached propellers

Note: For safety reasons the propellers are not attached to the poles permanently to avoid hair entanglement. Please visit this page for the video instructions how to attach them back.

Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification, and TRENDY Zip Mini Drones will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction or from other retailers.
Unregistered Products are not eligible for Warranty repairs or replacements. 

A replaced Tracker does not extend the duration of the initial Warranty period that starts from the day of the purchase of the TRENDY Zip Mini Drones and ends 3 months later. 

In no event shall TRENDY Zip Mini Drones be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product.

TRENDY Zip Mini Drones retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.

​Procedure for Claims

Please email TRENDY Zip Mini Drones at support@trendy-pro.com to describe the problem and request a repair. To support the claim under warranty, please provide the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Email address under which the Product was Registered for Warranty
  3. A picture of the claimed damage

    Your Request is going to be validated to ensure the Warranty was activated within 30 days of the purchase. Once confirmed, we will contact you with further information to ensure resolution.

    TRENDY Zip Mini Drones retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a "newly-overhauled" (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion.
