If you need to change the time (e.g., the time have gone back/forward), please start the App on your phone and swipe your finger down on the main App page or tap refresh to trigger the sync up.
In the unlikely event that this doesn't help because your tracker got disconnected, please remove the App, install it again and proceed through the connection steps to sync up the time on the phone with the tracker.
