DELUXE FITNESS TRACKERS WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
To activate your warranty coverage, your Deluxe Fitness Tracker must be registered on TRENDYPROWARRANTY.COM within 30 days from the day of the purchase.
Effective June 1, 2020: due to Covid challenges and increased shipping charges, we are unable to validate the normal use of the Trackers with the purpose to authorize warranty repairs. Therefore, effective April 1, 2020, TRENDY PRO will be sending a brand new Tracker as a replacement once the warranty claim is approved.
Each product is untitled to 1 (One) replacement only.
Shipping & Handling charges may apply. This Limited Product Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Product was originally purchased.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
TRENDY PRO does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error free. This Warranty does not apply to a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished or modified by anyone who is not authorised by TRENDY PRO, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, the Limited Product Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by non TRENDY PRO products.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
- Failures due to abuse or misuse
- Physical Damage
- Full immersion in water
- Accidents or loss of the product
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Wear and tear, aging, discoloration or stretching
- Battery deterioration
- Replaceable bands wear and tear
- Improper voltage or power supply
- Flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
- Replacement of the bands
- Unregistered products within 30 days of purchase
- Warranty replacements
- Multiple replacements of a product
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, please proceed to trendy-pro-warranty-claim.com and submit your claim. To receive the approval, you will be required to provide a proof of the authorized purchase or/and warranty registration details, and supporting images and/or video.
In no event shall TRENDY PRO be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product.
TRENDY PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR ANY SPECIAL LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TRENDY PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OD SUCH DAMAGES.
